The School Education Department of Jammu & Kashmir has issued a notice regarding the suspension of Mr. Nazir-ul-Hussain Shah, a Lecturer in Environmental Science. This decision is documented in Government Order No. 296 – JK (Edu) of 2024.

Order Summary:

Pending an enquiry into his conduct, Mr. Nazir-ul-Hussain Shah, who was under orders of transfer to Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Sogam Kupwara, has been placed under suspension with immediate effect. This action is in accordance with Rule 31 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules, 1956.

During the suspension period, Mr. Shah will remain attached to the office of the Chief Education Officer, Kupwara. Additionally, the Director of School Education, Kashmir, has been tasked with conducting an inquiry into the alleged misconduct and non-compliance by Mr. Shah. A report with recommendations is to be submitted to the Administrative Department within 10 days.
