The Department is in the process of submitting a proposal to the Establishment-Cum-Selection Committee (ECCS) for the regularization of posts for Chief Engineers (Mechanical). The Department emphasizes the need for engineers to upload their Annual Performance Reports (APRs) for the relevant period, Work & Conduct/Integrity Certificates, and posting details since entry into service for verification on the VC portal.
These documents are critical to determine the vigilance status of the engineers. Without these uploads, the regularization proposal cannot progress. Despite repeated notifications, many engineers have not complied with these requirements.

The affected engineers are warned to upload the required documents within ten (10) days. Failure to comply will result in their cases not being considered for promotion or regularization. The personal responsibility lies with the officers to ensure their documents are uploaded in time.
