Placement of HTO/QCI as Incharge Assistant Directors

The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Industries and Commerce Department, has issued an important update regarding the placement of Handicrafts Training Officers (HTO) and Quality Control Inspectors (QCI) of J&K Handicrafts (Subordinate) Service as Incharge Assistant Directors.

Appointments:

Pending the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) and/or Public Service Commission (PSC), the following officers are appointed as Incharge Assistant Directors Handicrafts:

  • These placements are subject to the outcome of any writ petitions pending consideration before competent courts of law.
